I am drawn to moments that carry a sense of lightness: a summer afternoon, a journey, a ride through the Mediterranean, an ice cream in the sun, an iconic car or simply the feeling of being somewhere else.
These moments become the starting point for my paintings.
My aim is not simply to reproduce reality, but to transform it – to preserve the atmosphere, energy and emotion of a moment and make it visible through colour.
